Miniinthebox take immediate payment, and give deliberately misleading information on delivery times (split into processing and shipping) on their web site. They have had my money for over a month now.

I ordered a small item (first time), with a delivery time of 9-12 business days. A month later I am still awaiting the item. I have twice requested - via an awkward customer service ticket system- a refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 right to a 30 day refund. Miniinthebox refuse to refund the item.

They state it has been shipped and is within their stated delivery time (now ammended in their response to me as 28 days). Had it been clearly signposted that the item would take a month (rather than just over two weeks) to arrive, I would never have purchased the item. No one to speak to, no telephone contact details.

Shockingly shoddy practice and awful customer service, verging on the criminal. Avoid.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5.
