Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hi Tried to order a I Phone case. Had issues with payment not being excepted so tried again, thinking I had something wrong.

Well this company then tried to take the original cost out 4 TIMES. So, cancelled a orders, put a stop on my credit card. But still no money refunded. Called my credit card company, and they advised all the orders were still pending.

NOT Be very careful dealing with this company. Would have emailed them to get some sort of assistance- but just try an email them.

Contact Customer Service Dept ( which does not exist) totally useless - will not be buying anything form them in future. No way to run a business

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: That they do not have a contact nu.
