I have three issues with placing my first order on this website.1.
Flashing all over the screen is advertised free expedited shipping on orders over set amount but there is no way to claim such shipping at checkout. 2. There is also no way to contact customer service once order is in progress to query processing time as VITAL link to customer service is MISSING. 3.
Guaranteed ships within 24hrs items are now to be processed 9 days later.
