I'm not pissed just frustrated that I can't order the items I want. It starts with not getting the password. How do I get pass that?, its been difficult for more than two weeks.

Submit Ticket not working
I received the incorrect products and followed instructions to fill out the forms, attach photos and click on "Submit Ticket" but it does NOT work. I tried everything with different pictures and resolutions and filling out the form accurately.
I've been trying for 3 days.
The shirts I received are not the wide corduroy fabric. Also, they clearly have 7 small buttons and not the 6 larger two color ones in the pictures. Also, the pockets are creased and should not be.
The khaki colored shirt is actually a reddish camel color. They appear to be the $22 shirts on LightInTheBox and this was a bait and switch scam.
There is no phone number or email address on their website to contact the company when their form submittal instructions do not work.

Recent purchase of mini camera
Hi, Maybe it's an error in the packaging, I bought a Camera which I received on Tuesday last 11.07.2023 from the postal service, however, the Memory chip 128GB that I selected and paid for with the camera is missing so the camera cant function.
I therefore request that what I ordered and paid for was not delivered and ask for the same to be sent to me, or, that I return what I have received and you return my credit card payment.

This company took my payment but never sent a confirmation, no phone number or way to contact them. Plus when I tried email contact my email and Facebook account were both hacked. Beware

Cannot Return!!
I ordered a dress from Miniin TheBox and it was WAY too small even though I ordered from the provided chart. The quality was also sub par you could tell it was just a Chinese copy of the dress I actually wanted.
As a side note, it wasn't cheap, at 40 some odd dollars. I immediately tried to return it but as many have stated before me, the return button is un-clickable or it clicks but just spins and spins doing absolutely nothing. I assume this is their way to look respectable by having a return option but it is just for show.
I have tried to reach out to them thru every possible means but I get no response. I just want to return this stupid dress and be done with them, if anyone is affiliated with MiniIn TheBox please reach out to me!

All items are too small, I was never able to speak with a customer support person. The phone number would only go to a medical alert center.
User's recommendation: I have too much trouble trying to get ahold of anyone to speak to. Instead of getting customer support I would get a medical alert center. I tried several different things and none of them worked.
